Processing time
All orders are carefully packed and processed within 2–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping within Canada
We ship across Canada using Canada Post.
Orders are dropped off at a Canada Post office, and tracking details are provided once your package is on its way.
Shipping options:

Express Shipping: $21.90 CAD (estimated 2–4 business days)
Shipping to the United States
We also ship to the United States using Canada Post (with final delivery by USPS).
Orders are dropped off at a Canada Post office and include tracking.

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Local delivery or pickup
At this time, we do not offer local pickup or local delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to postal service volume, customs processing, or weather conditions. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur outside of our control.
