At Milestone, every product is packed with care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at milestone.help01@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Because of the personal nature of our pregnancy products, we currently don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If a replacement is approved, we’ll send a new item at no cost to you.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to your original payment method.
